Re: starting foreign languages
> Suzy, We have started the modern languages in high school. The study of languages is definitely not my forte, and I struggle with the computer, so I would never do a whole curriculum based on the computer. Given that, however, the Tell Me More has met the need for an introduction to a foreign language. I think the best way to learn a foreign language (other than an emersion program) would be in a class where the language is frequently spoken. CHC has chosen what seems to me, a good program. I certainly am not an expert on this, so hope these few thoughts help. > > > > When have others found to be a good age at which to start a foreign language if your children were not eager to start? How do you like CHC's modern foreign languages? Thanks for your help.
