Write Source 2000
We are pleased to have the Write Source 2000 program for grades 7 and 8. Each set will contain an excellent handbook to guide your student through the process of learning to write effectively. We are certain this handbook will become a source of information to which he will frequently turn for assistance of every kind.
A teacher's guide to the handbook, also included, introduces each chapter and provides valuable rationale statements and performance standards as you implement the teaching process. You will also find in your guide helpful assessment rubrics to use when evaluating your student's writing. (The student handbook and teacher's guide are used for two years. Once purchased, you will be able to reduce the cost of the next curriculum.)
Ready-to-use writing
activities are provided for teaching every concept. The type and
number of activities vary from unit to unit. Necessary answers
are included in a separate coil-bound answer key.
